What We Build
Knocking Wood is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor building custom fences, gates, decks, and outdoor spaces throughout the Puget Sound.
Our work ranges from individual repairs to complete outdoor builds. When we work with cedar, we source the logs locally and mill the lumber ourselves, giving us greater control over its quality and dimensions.

Custom cedar privacy, picket, horizontal, and good-neighbor fences.

Steel-framed cedar gates with durable hardware and locks that work from both sides.
DECKS + PATIOS
Cedar, composite, and hardwood decks, including stairs, patios, and structural framing.

We walk the property with you, review drainage, soil, access, and other site conditions, then discuss the best options for your project.

You receive a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work, recommended materials, and cost.

Our crew coordinates the materials, permitting when required, construction, and cleanup while keeping you informed throughout the project.
